Shoppingnsaving.com — No product received or not refund the amount

On 17-Jul-15, I have received calls from representative of Shoppingnsaving company and share that maximum products on the rates of Rs. 999/- or Rs. 1999/- because of company promotional offer.
I impressed from website offers and also by communications of representative. And that’s why I booked my total 2 orders – Motorola Mobile in Rs. 1999/- & Bajaj Microwave Oven in Rs. 999/-. As per the instruction, I have to pay Rs. 300/- extra as transportation charges.

After this, on 10-Aug-15 Two nos. mail communication received from Shoppingnsaving:
1st Mail: You have received 999 Reward Points! Your total number of reward points is now 999.
2nd Mail: You have received 1999 Reward Points! Your total number of reward points is now 2998.
After this, multiple times follow ups with Shoppingnsaving concern team either by mail or by telephonic till. During communication, they agreed for refund of my payment. But now since 23-Sep-15, their all contact nos. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) unreachable and also they were not responded on mail id ([protected]@shoppingnsaving.com).


My first mail on 11-Aug-15:

This type deal is a totally cheat with customer. Because I paid Rs. 3598/- to purchase Motorola Mobile & Bajaj Micorwave Oven by Contest menu.

At the time of purchase, nobody from your side explain your strategy. At that time, we received information that these are the promotional offers and that's why selling discount is so much. We trusted on your team's communication and attract to pay Rs. 3598/- to purchase these products.

Now after 20 days when follow ups with your team, the details have been received from your team that the contest is totally draw system and the products have been able to get if I select in draw and otherwise if do not select in draw then the balance will be received in Wallet.

After this communication, I was sure that my self is not winner and today this has been confirmed by this mail. And redeem points 2998 received in my wallet out of my payment of Rs. 3598/-.

With this, I lost Rs. 600/- out of my total payment and now I have to purchase any product which price is equal or above Rs. 2998/-. Also I have to purchase the product from your website as normal customer as well as without any special discount.

Can anybody from your side able to understand my problem and how I suffered due to wrong communication from your team?

As per my opinion, your company initiated the business with wrong direction and wrong vision. I had purchased so many products by online media from Flip-kart, Paytm, e-bay etc. but them never cheat with me as well as no customers find out with whom these websites made cheating.

Now this is my humble request to refund my payment of Rs. 3598/- otherwise I have to complaint in customer care centre or take further steps of complaints. As well as I have to spread news about you’re cheating in social media like WhatsApp, Facebook which can impact your future business.

Sorry for my above communication but cheating is not acceptable. Nobody can trust on your website by this way of approach.

There is nothing like fraud or Cheating.

How you say that "There is nothing like fraud or cheating"? Non transparency of any of the case is clear cut cheating.

If you didn't want to cheat with us then you must share the details of the CONTEST CATEGORY, which you shared before receiving of payment neither by written mail nor by verbal communication. The details shared from your side after 20 days of our payment.

In addition, I paid Rs. 3598/- and my reward point is only 2998/-, so I already lost Rs. 600/- without getting any benefit or any product. What you say? For this loss, have your team informed in advance? The answer is "No".

Have your team shared the details of contest? Has the contest been organized in the local place or live telecasting done of the contest? Has the result of contest with details of winner shared with us? All the questions have single answer is "No".

All above details very much clear that your company done cheating with proper planning because first getting payment by statement or advertisement as promotional offer then after passing some days sharing details that the payment done in Contest Category and then after some more passing days sharing result as looser of Contest.

Kindly requested to refund the total payment or give some real special offer. Because presently all products rate in your website is higher than other online websites like Paytm, Amazon, Flip kart etc.

I think that the amount is not bigger for me as well as for your company. But this is the question of market reputation of your company? As per my point of view that no customers put trust on your company with this strategy. And also with this strategy, your company can't get customer base like Flip kart, Amazon, Paytm etc.

I am a very small customer for your company and if your company will not support me then I have to follow and going for purchase. But this will create wrong image of your company and I can't wish to purchase any products in future from your company as well as I can't wish to purchase the product from of your website by any of my known person by sharing bad review/experience with your company.

I am very happy with your customer support because since the payment date nobody from your side try to contact me. Also I very much impress with your customer support that If customer want to contact then has to call in help line nos. and then has to wait for his turn. Also every times customer has to discuss with different persons and that's why share the history from starting which can automatically frustrated to customer. By this type of excellent support your company can minimize customer complaints. Also company has single mail ID and all employees with executive levels and the company has no management team as well as no superior level.

My telecaller called you but not told about in contest. Answer (No) Did you see the product price out of the Contest Category. Answer (No) Did you see low price of product in Contest Category Ans.. (Yes) Did you read the terms & conditions of low price product. Ans..(No) Did you think a few minutes before the purchasing product in low price. (No) This proved that there is nothing like fraud cheating.
But, don't worry Sir,
I will give you all solution. Either you want cash or product purchase in your reward point. I will agree both terms & conditions. So, please send reply. We are waiting to you reply.

I can answer all yours questions but I think that without wasting time in mail communication, let's work out in the direction of solution.

Presently I frankly say that I have no trust on your company due to first impression with wrong image.

So I do not want to purchase from your company and that's why please work out for solution by the refund of payment by cash and share the process for this.

After getting solution as per my choice, the trust can be re-build as well as the image can be change. And definitely then will be think for purchase from your company if found some genuine offers then others.
