Shopume.com — Product Not Delivered and Payment deducted | |||
I have purchased MI powebank through shopume.com on 16th Jan'15 order no. 12054, Payment Deducted immediately and got confirmation that it will be delivered within 3-5 days but no response till date. Daily I called to Customer care and their stores 3-4 times but no body is there on other to respond, only can hear recorded voice. Also tried to track order status on their web site but no shipment found. I have sent mail to their id provide on site asking for delivery status but did not get till date.
