As mentioned by others on reward points and what ever the innocence of sharing information by others, similarly I had a call today at 13.17pm saying the call from SBI Credit card department & the mobile no was +91 [protected] executive name was Niha sharma and she clearly mentioned my name and i indeed shared information As from last one week i was talking to the SBI customer care regarding the complaint which i had raised on the statement which i use to get before on every transaction amount as well as balance, which now a days am unable to receive from SBI past one month or more. when i asked the customer care executive she could not give a convincing answer then on the feed back i had given am totally dissatisfied with the service and line disconnected. then i presumed due respect to my complaint some one calling me to address this issue i started conversing (incidentally i was driving my two wheeler) with them later shared the information which no one suppose to and this is my first incident how ever am being as much as care full as i can. am really worried and doubt how some one can leak the information from SBI or some where else to any stupid people like this. i earn penny to penny by doing home deliveries for 15 rupees i really work hard morning 10am to night 11.30pm at the age of 50 and i have family of son, daughter and wife to take care. so it is hard earned money. I sincerely request the authorities to have best control on this and monitor to protect the interest of people like me and many others too.
