Shopvista_epaykerela ind made a fraudulent transaction of rs 8449 on my RBL card

They are faking by saying they will refund and needs to be initiated from our netbanking, made an online transaction of 8499 from my RBL card account.
They called me on my mobile saying that they are from card services and said they I have reward points worth Rs 8000

Hi, today on 13'th october 2017 around 11:30 i received a call from no:[protected] saying we are sbi bank and need the otp for claiming the reward points, as i was riding a bike so without any second thought i shared the otp, but later received message saying rs 8499 was spent on sbi card no at shopvista_epaykerela.
I called sbi customer care asking to block my card and then customer care executive informed money cannot be reverted...

22nd sept 2017 - call from [protected] on sbi credit card reward points expiring.
They sounded pretty legitimate so i gave card details but this is a fraud call ; got cheated for rs 8410.
Sbi will never call for reward points transaction. Kindly beware.
Also request all the bank vendors to block transaction to "shopvista_epaykerela" so that by mistake even if the amount details are given, transaction is declined to "shopvista_epaykerela"...

On 15-dec-2016, i received a call from +91-[protected], and spoke to me that they are calling from icici bank and it is regarding my credit card upgrade, they provided my name and info to get credibiloty and asked my credit card number, which i provided and they told i have to enter my cvv number through ivr.
