Hello sir/madam, i am a resident of your project classic residency which is situated in raj nagar extension, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh. the maintenance of society is very poor and is declining over the years. the AOA is not doing its work properly. their is almost no playing area where children can play safly only one children's park and a central park is their which is also many a times damp because of watering or raining. most of the other open area is utilised to park car. if childeren start playing in open area then their is a risk that vehicals may get harmed . please make more area for children to play.
secondly, about the gym and the club, they just always keep shifting the gym and the club, sometimes they do it upstairs then downstairs.But that's not a big deal the main thing is that they are focusing on the devlopment of the party hall and they have just thrown the gym machines and club equipments to get ruied . from months they are saying that we are working on but their is no improvement in that . eairler where gym was their .there was a lot of leakage we complained of that and no action was taken place and now they have made the party hall their and blocked the leakage and made it perfect.the AOA or the devloping team is only thinking of themselves and not about the other members of society. they are showing no improvement. we are giving the maintenance charges but they are not being used wisely.
it's my humble request please you to take a quick action against this complaint before something happens . its my personal request. hoping that you will look farward to it in near future.
