Dear sir/madam, I have a two wheeler loan on Shriram finance, I need a business loan so I approached the karur branch, the branch manager named as Kavin told me to approve my business loan of Rs.3 lakhs, but he told me to close my two wheeler loan account, so I closed my entire two wheeler loan amount of Rs.38040 rupees on 18.11.2023.after that he process my loan application on 19.11.2023, after that field verification and business verification and then Enach also done.still payment disbursed is pending, yesterday I call him he told me to wait for evening, but I am not received any loan amount, so today morning I call back to branch manager he is not picking my calls after so many tries he picked my call and he told me my loan application was not approved, all formalities and documentation and verification and ENACH MANDATE ALSO completed then how is possible I asked him but he refused to answer my question and he put my call on rejected, so please take a necessary action against him for cheating me like this.i paid my two wheeler loan on time without delay and then he asked to closed my entire two wheeler loan amount that's also I done.i am in very difficult condition I need some of money for my business he cheated me so please take a action immediately, I am waiting for your kind reply.Thanks my mobile number - [protected], my name - Bilal Ali, place - karur- TAMILNADU -639001
