Dear Sir,
Refer to the attachment I am MAHESH MUTHUKUMAR from THE LORD CONSULTANCY SERVICES on behalf Mr.SUDESH and SEVEN MOBILES i am sending this mail for settlement process for a loan against SEVEN mobile of Mr.SUDESH Vs SHRIRAM CITY - Chennai.
where as Mr.SUDESH and his concern has got mortgage loan on M/s SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LTD on fin yr of[protected] march, after successfully 7 month EMI payment and value 13, 79000/- has been paid and further after on 8 th month onwards and as on month and the date the payment of EMI against loan has not been payable by client SEVEN MOBILES due to his unfair situation with SHRIRAM CITY and their norms related issues and his own in ability.
Hence 2021 December on wards M/s SEVEN MOBILES(Mr.SUDESH) have been in discussion to settle down the loan with SHRIRAM CITY in respective branch and involved company person for the same but not yet and refused by SHRIRAM CITY CONCERN as per due to their policy.but now the mortgage loan has been in ARBITRATION and to be in SARFAESI.
As a consultant i have be in discussion with Mr.SRIVATSAN at SHRIRAM CITY CHENNAI MYLAPORE branch for OTS proposal but the value has not been meet out to their concern and its not done .
As well I had discussed with Mr.SESATHIRI from ARBITRATION regarding OTS for the same and the value is not been accepted by them and guided me to meet MR.VIJAYARAGAVAN from SHRIRAM CITY at Mylapore branch.
where i have visited last week at their branch and where I am not able to meet Mr. VIJAYARAGAVAN, instead i met Mr.RAJADESIGH sir from SHRIRAM CITY at mylapore branch and discussed with him regarding..
at-last the value has not meet out mutually for OTS between us.
So far as a client and a borrower willing OTS from 2021 onwards due to relationship issues between them even borrower has good intention for his loan closure, but its has been failed for mutual settlement due to the value.
Now the borrower and Guarantors are suffered and mess and held their live hood on day to day activities due to this financial transaction.
So kindly Respective NODEL OFFICER or ARBITRATOR and CONCERN PERSON have to be involve here and discuss with us for mutual closure on priority.
