This is to keep informed. this is SIdram Bembuge From Bidar I have taken a 4 wheeler loan car 280000/-from Bidar. city executive(Rajshekar), in Jun -2022, I paid a edue amount 13744/- EMI without filled. Every month, **last year Oct -22 your Executive called me for Car Insurance. Cost of Rs 8848to 15000/-**- As Exe-Rajashekar told me sir if you got any call from Shriram Finance about Insurance renewal .Do Not accept, i said ok, & Rajshekar call me for incurrence Renewal, im not responding to him Call Because I'm not Interested, i said him As I have check Outside renewal to other insurance company cost 5500/- /- But already my car insurance is Renewal from Shriram finance. **I don't know about that & im not give any approve to renewal my car incurrence any once, i called him to your Executive do cancel the insurance. Within 2 days before after ..

1) After a few days I got a call recording to my Wahtsp Number sent by your Exc- Rajashaker As he said in call Sir Your Car insurance is Renewal from my end sir you have to pay an amount of 8848/- cash. I said to him clearly Plz don't apply for any insurance from Your End Canceled Asap, because I told him we are facing some financial problems. I don't have that much money, Outside I have to check other car insurance company 5500/- to /- .

2) When I ask Your Exe:-reajashaker Who is given to approve renewal my car insurance, he said is automatically or I Don't Know How is done
i have ask many time sent me your T&C where is mentioned ..? wear i have sign sent copy . he said me come to office, wen i come and call he is not responding he is not give proper response ...

Without Customer intimation How Can your Company renewal my car incurrence ...?
