with profound respect i want to convey you the fact that i took part in your 'Dring dring offer from 10th march to 31st march 2015 through 'sms'. I send sms randomly. I telephoned to Raghav sir( your customer care number-[protected]) to know about the details for validity .He(raghav) told me that this offer is valid from 31st march to 4th April. Even he told me that validity has bee extended. So i bought 50 pcs. bottle "sprite" valued Rs. 1750. Next day ( 1st April) i sent an SMS(unique code) to the no.[protected]. But i came to know from the sms that the offer is expired on 31st march through reply your sms.So i m surprised for such a wrong information of the concerned customer care officer ( raghav sir)
In this respect i want to know who will be responsible for such a monetary loss !So i demand a compensation for that loss .Sir what did i get? except Sprite label and Raghav's rough behavior
