Shuttle — 22 passes against 46 rides are pending

The bus route got changed and even for booking for the routes available are not allowed to buy new passes, so that the unused passes can get carry forwarded.
Continuously following up through mail and call but no results till now.

Thank you for writing to shuttl.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

In reference to your email communication, as we informed you earlier we have checked your account and found that your pass has already been expired on aug-11-2019. Hence, we regret to inform you that, we do not have any provision to add or extend the validity of expired rides.

However, we would like to inform you that shuttl pass can be renewed within 90 days of the expiry of shuttl pass and the remaining ride can be carried forward by renewing the pass with the minimum of 10 rides.

As i mentioned you that i was sick and not able to attend my office, loosing 22 days rides is too much. Please allow me to reach out to your administration people, this should be considered, due to my poor health. I was detected with severe stomach ulcer and was on complete bed rest since 11 june onwards, on and off i use to go to office since then due to my poor health.

The pass value was for rs.2367.2/-. This should be considered.
