Siddeswara Gas Agency — Demanding more money against bill amount

My name is Melapchand R Parmar, K.B.Extension, Davangere, Karnataka State. My Consumer No.9914, Distributor's Code:611882. My complaint is that I have paid full amount of cylindar against OR.No.206219, dt.3.1.15 and CMNo:230821, dt.13.01.2015 for Rs.710.50. But I have not received the subsidy in my bank when checked. Please arrange to credit the subsidy amount as against above at the earliest.
