Siddeswara Gas Agency — Subsidy amount not credited by my bank account

Our Gas Consumer No.9914. I have received the cylinder against Rpt.No.:206219, dt.13.01.2015 paying full amount of Rs.710.50 (Without subsidy). But till date the subsidy amount is not credited to my bank Account. Please verify and credit the subsidy amount to my Bank Account early.
