Siddha Group — Refund of flat booking cancellation | |||||
I had applied for a flat in Siddha Suburbia Baruipur by RS 51000 but cancelled by writing email to the sales person within 1 week. No agreement has been done. As per conditions, I am supposed to get full refund. But I have not received it 4 months after cancellation. I have been told by sales person that I will get refund but no dates have been mentioned. I have all whatsapp chat and screenshots saved to support my claim. I have sent multiple emails to customer care but not getting any reply. What should I do now? Please suggest.
