[Resolved] Siemens Home India — washing machine not working since 8th dec 17 | |||
I had complained in mumbai to siemens for washing machine not working nutronics enterprise which attends their complaint told me finally on 30 th dec that a pipe who release vaccuum is cut and will come in 5 days (This visit was after umpteen phone calls made) On 8 jan again i called up nutronic enterprise as no revert from them i was told part is in-transit and will reach in 5 days. I insisted that they give me a final date - then came another version that we have not found the part and searching for it. Then i insisted how many days it will take them to search then there person said part is not available better replace the machine. This is after 1 month of follow up. The machine was earlier washing but not drying. After various visits from ms. Nutronics the. Machine has totally stopped working - gitesh bhatia Was this information helpful? | |||
