Sify Technologies — sify lease line connectivity not given and asking payment | |||
Preeta, ref. to our last communication with email for transfer of sify lease line from madhavaram to guindy in oct-18, you technical team have not yet installed the lease in our guindy office. we already given the transfer request in writing. your technical person came and installed the tower and gone back without giving connectivity reason was adaptor was not available with your technical team . they intimated that they don’t have stock of power adaptor and it will take one month time. After that no communication came from your side. Till no one contacted about connectivity is working or not. No reply has come. Afterwards we gone for different company lease line. According to your company rules you are collecting payment quarterly in advance and you are giving connection after receiving payment only. Before we are paying regularly in advance every quarterly after that only we are getting connection. Even we paid in advance for Oct-18 to Dec-18 but you have disconnected the lease line in Madhavaram by end of the Oct-18. Till today you have not given any connection for lease line.
