Sikkim Manipal University — Equivalence Certificate

My name is Sandeep Vinjarapu bearing Roll no [protected]. I have completed BCA course in August 2018. Now I am planning to do my MCA in Hyderabad and appeared for TSICET and secured a rank of 5000, to join in MCA course in Hyderabad, Osmania University has to provide an equality certificate. Due to UGC norms, the university is denying to issue an equality certificate, as I have studied from Hyderabad which is out of Karnataka state.

Rejection points:
1) UGC Recognition is not available during 2014-18
2) How they admitted through study centre without UGC APPROVAL
3) How they admitted to write exams in other state?
4)How they allowed more than 2 semesters exams at single sitting?
