Sikkim Manipal University — Help regarding rescheduling of exam

My name is vaibhav uttam thorat. I am a student of mba - smude-fall 2016 session.
The first semester exams where schedule in jan 2017, but the university postponed the exams in feb 2017.
As per the earlier exam schedule i have planed a tour in feb and already booked tickets for the same.
Now when am asking the university to reschedule the exams for me after 17 feb 2016 there is no help from there end.
If i do not go for the tour which was pre-planned keeping in mind the exams, i would be in huge loss.
Please help me.
