Hello Sir /Mam
My complain is easy to understand . My local learning center was failed to register me for 2nd semester of MCA . Their one of executive (Rupa) was went on maternity leaves and forgot to send my all documents to university.
Somehow i checked on my portal and found that university hasn't uploaded my Material and assignment for 2nd Semester. I have continuously follow up with them and every time i got surprising answers from them .
They simply answered me that their executive forgot to send those documents to university and now I
will have to be appear in October exam instead of July exam .
They don’t care what is the value of students career and time . I paid full fee payment however I am suffering from this type of Situation . I am really frustrated now but not able to find out the way . Learning center is not at all responding me and no one is ready to hear me (Rupa/Krishnamohan/Parthu). I wrote to university to and all time I got same response and they wash their hand from this situation .
I am just thinking, why should I wait till October. I need justice and i want to be appear in July exam or else I need my money back .
