I am Hardeep Singh from Delhi, Had invested 10 Lack Rs. in Silentlink Capitals' RFFR investment service in year 2011 with client code RTL00311405 and folio number FRM/DJDD/RTL0031.i express my deepest appreciation to Mayurkumar Gorasiya for his transparent and consistent high monthly dividend paying investment service.
I enjoyed the service until i didn't asked for withdrawal of investment.Due to falling in for urgent need, I informed for withdrawal of investment via registered email and account linked withdrawal form to silentlinkcapitals.com on date 29 June 2015(just 2 day's earlier from date of monthly return announcement). SLC has reimbursed only investment capital on 01 July without the dividend of month of June which they have announced 7.019%.
When i complained about the same they have denied to pay dividend of June month saying that its clearly termed in investment agreement and registration form that dividend will not be paid of the running month you withdraw principle investment capital. But the fact is that I) this term was introduced a year later after i joined the service ii)i have asked for withdrawal at end of the month and received on 01 July and hence i was eligible to receive dividend of 70, 000 Rs. of June month which i didn't receive and been denied that i feel unlawful and seeking interpretation or guide to resolve conflict as soon as possible.
