Simmtronics — Simmtronics XPAD calling tablet got defective

Sir, I purchase a simmtronics XPAD722 calling tablet through home shop 18 on dated[protected] vide order no.[protected]at a price of Rs. 6999 /. After one month it stopped working/got defective. I submitted it at simmtronics service center namely Shree Services, 353, mugal kanal, Karnal (Haryana) on dated[protected].But sir even the passage of 5 months I yet didn't received it. I have contacted to service center & home shop 18 about 100 times, but in vain. Perheps I have lost my Rs. 6999 /. I need help in getting my tablet back. thank you.
