[Resolved]  Simplilearn — PMP exam key not working from last 2 months

Hi Team,

Almost 3 months back is reached to simplilearn to do my PMP certification.

Your learn consultant aksed me to do the payment. Post payment they gave it the access to simplilearn site and shared me the membership key / Exam voucher. Both are same.

After last 2 months i am trying to use that exam voucher but I can't use it as it's showing invalid...

Multiple in this 2 months i rasied the support request but it never worked.

I am trying to connect to your learning consultant and his manager but non of them are receiving my calls. I have done 100 of calls to them but they are rejected/ not receiving my calls neither giving me proper support on my exam.

From 1 year validity 3 months are already over now and it's issue is not been sorted.

Kindly provide your should or refund my amount.

This is pathatic services i am getting from simplilearn. As before payment all was good and post payment they just don't care about the customers.

Hi Team, They are not receiving my calls neither replying to my mails. Kindly support to get my amount refund.

You know what I am facing the same issue but for a different course these guys are frauds worst experience of my life with Simplilearn. I am still struggling to get exam access with the voucher code that was provided to me and I get an error saying invalid please contact exam center and when I call support center they are one more useless people asking me to have patience and wait for someone to call and I am still awaiting for calls even after writing and raising tickets. On top of that no one has any direct contact number of any department. I am raising it everywhere going to raise it on social media as well I am sure there would be folks like us all over struggling.. I am amazed how come others who were part of the class were able to successfully give the exams did they got duped by paying something extra not sure..hopefully get the resolution or refund I just don't want to keep on following on this crap
