M.Rakesh sharma from chennai bearing mobile number has taken 2lacs rupees in the month of feb 2014 offering job in singapore from me i stay in hyderabad . he was using mobile number [protected] and i have deposited amount in his account hdfc bank thanjavur branch acc [protected] pan number AXIPR7640A he was in contact till feb 2015 now his mobile is switched off .in what way can i proceed now to get my money back from this person.
