Singer India — Reg. Singer sewing macinhe warranty repair - no response

I have purchased the Singer Sewing Machine from HomeShop18.com on Dated 20/10/2014 with Ordered No.[protected]. But from last month it is facing the problem of frequent breakaing of bobbin thread, multistich is not working and some time problem of needle breaking. After this issue, I have registered a complaint in Singer India Customer Service on Dt. 20th July 2015 with Complaint No. 46137 for the same problem. After that they told within 7 days the technicial will call and take care. But, no technician from singer has called during this 10 days. After that, I have again called customer care on Dt. 27th July 2015 and they are given the Mobile number of Mr. Kareem which is [protected] and told that you can call him sir he will take care. After that, I have called Mr. Kareem but he is not lifting the phone call 1 day continuously. After that he received the call next day and i have told about the issue but he told that he is in meeting for 2 days (Dt. 28 & 29th July 2015) and he told that he will come on Thursday 30th July 11:00 AM. Finally, I have also agree and tll him OK no issue. Again on thurday Dt. 30th July 2015, i have called him from morning onwards but he is not lifted the phone call and after some time he received the call and tell that he will come evening but he is not came. Again, I have called the customer care and tell about the same and they have connected the call with him in conference and he told that he will definately come evening. But, finally how is this person with no boundries of Singer and he is not came. This is my mistake that, I have taken the product of Singer with no support. Tell me upto what limit a person will wait for response from you. I personally request to necessary actions on Singer India and Mr. Kareem who is not lifting the customer calls and also not responding with his words. I dont know he is working or not. This is very worst that after selling the product Singer peoples are not responding well and also Singer field staff, who will live on there own condition. My personal request please take the action on this and provide the proper justice to me. Please take the action on Singer.
