[Resolved]  Singer — Lost Passports

I sent via FedEx my husband's and son's passports to Cox & Kings aka CKGS in June 2014 to get visas. This is the only country that has ever required us sending our passports to get visas for India. In the package were the 2 passports and applications. They lost my husbands new passport. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They NEVER did what they said they would do from returning phone calls, replying to emails etc. I even had a conference call with Capital One our credit card company call them with me. Nothing but unkept promises. Go to another country and save yourself headaches & $190.
