I purchased a singer atlantic senior spc 034 awt cooler from homeshop 18 but the cooler swing feature is not working. As this product is not working since the vertical louvers are not working, called up homeshop tv 18 within 48 hours and asked them to refund the product. They want me to courier the product when they should do the reverse pickup like flipkart snapdral or amazon does. Please ask them to do a reverse pick from my residence and refund me the entire money.
