Please avoid giving any electronic or tv to this shop. Either the owner is incapable or he has enough money so does not care about customers. He boosted stating if he cannot repair no one in bangalore can repair. I gave sharp aquos led tv which was not switching on either via remote or tv on 25th sept which without even opening told switch chip is faulty and he told itsv100% confident but i insisted to give back by 27th morning which he agreed but failed to comply... I had to go out of station for couple of days and he told he will get tir repaired by 29th evg and deliver at my home took address and my wife's number. 30th sept he told his back has been injured by lifting a heavy tv and said the board is faulty and he is checking. On 5th oct he told will try one last time otherwise will return back. 7th oct finally i have picked back as is state the tv and have called sharp engineer which will give an answer what all he has done to the tv. Kindly avoid this shop for any repair as vijay is not trustworthy person and most important acts as a customer instead of a service provider. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

1. if spares are not available i am helpless.
2. Even if the spares were available i may not be able to guarantee the VIDEO and Audio or USB or HDMI or anything else unless until the POWER SUPPLY BOARD is Rectified, Any foolish idiot will think the same.
3. if you go out station or come after 10 days or after a month and collect your Television back is at your discretion and i cant deny to deliver the set back since it belongs to you bit i kept updating that spars not available in market.
4. Defaming is easier as you did with your filthy words which is embarrassing me.
5. capable or incapable about my finance why you should worry. you are not paying me the salary, my shop rent, electricity bill, communication charges to procure spares.
6. if an engineer from Sharp/sony/ philips company comes to attend the service you will pay him visit / service charge, where as if i ask about the same you say you have done noting why should i pay you, this mannerism i have to learn from proud full customers like you.
