Complaint: I’ve given my LG 42” TV to repair the damaged panel on 01/06/2016 to Vijaya Krishna of SIRI Krisha Electronics. He had taken Rs.9950 in cash as the advance payment for the repair, as he wanted in cash. I’ve received a receipt for the same. He had promised to return the TV repaired in a week’s time.
I’ve called him after a week to pick up the TV, he gave some excuse to get an extension for couple of days. This went on for ~45 days, every time 2 or 3 days extension he would ask for with some excuse and had to do the same to my 7 year old daughter asking for extension.
Finally I lost the trust in him and insisted to return the TV and the money. He gave me the TV and cheque for Rs. 9950. He refused to give the cash citing some business reason. In couple of days, cheque bounced due to insufficient fund. When I called him he said he can do an online transfer to my bank account. I gave him my account details. As I had an experience of continuous postponement in the previous episode and happened to read some similar reviews from his customers on the internet, I wanted to get a closure to this mental agony at the earliest.
I told him that I would need the money in the bank in two days; else I’ll have to take legal action.
After a week we had this last conversation, I’m filing this complaint.
This is the complaint I've created for consumer court.But they asked me to file a case in criminal court as its a cheque case. Already send the legal Notice, soon will have to file the actual criminal case.

I have been cheated by this guy in the same way

VIJAY from SIRI KRISHNA ELECTRONICSis a big fraud. He has collected Rs21, 150 from me for the selling new DELL laptop on 27 June 2016. I have made the payment through my debit card and that is the beginning of my nightmare
.
He neither delivered the laptop nor refund my money till today, . I have been following up with him for 2 months now and he is giving some reason or the other every time.

He gave me cheque for RS 21, 500 which got bounce due to insufficient fund.

I have been following up with him ever since but no luck. He is giving some reason or the other to return back the money. First he said transaction is not successful and asked me to raise issue with my bank.

Believing him I have submitted dispute form to get the refund. My bank enquired with his bank and clearly stated that transaction was successful and money has been transferred to his account.

Looks like this guy has cheated many others also in the same way.

I did a mistake by not reading the reviews available on Internet before I made the payment to this guy.

He has cheated many people in the same way. Please do not buy anything from this guy and even if you buy never pay him any advance else you will loose your hard earned money.

Never use his services and never ever swipe your credit / debit card and pay any advance to this guy before you get the work done / received the product.
Zero rating he has no idea what customer services means.
Absolutely waste of time and energy.

Better avoid than repent like me

This service provider does not qualify for even a HALF STAR from me. His name is Bhargav Vijay, SIRI KRISHNA ELECTRONICS, 2397/22, 18th MAIN, 2ND STAGE KUMARSWAMY LAYOUT, BENGALURU. I got this person’s details from online search. I had my TV display problem and approached him. He asked me to handover my TV for repair and it would take 3-7 working days for him to rectify and deliver. When you speak to this person over the phone, you would be deceived by many facts about the prompt delivery service, spare parts etc. etc. He speaks quite good English and people tends to believe that he is well professional and prompt in his services. BUT, this is absolutely not the case. You would be somehow convinced by him to choose him for your service. He would also demand an advance money from you even if you leave your product with him for service which would cost more than 40K, 60k, 80k etc. in the market. In my opinion, if you are leaving your expensive product with him, then why he needs an ADVANCE? Think about it.
Once you give your product to him then the real story begins. Consider yourself as unluckiest person from that day. If at all, you give your product to him, then be prepared to listen to his new fake stories for not repairing your product for more than 2 months or more. You will be told new excuses, stories, reasons (like he is not well, spare part is not available, out of town, unwell, holidays, leaves, courier delay etc. etc.). He is very smart service provider and have got great skills to convince and to deceive his customers.
Advice- Please DO NOT give any product for repair to him. In my case, unfortunately, I gave my expensive TV for the repair and got the same after 2 months. That too was not repaired. He failed to identify the issue and kept me in dark saying that he would do finish it within one or two days. He kept on saying his [censored] stories since more than 50 days. When I went to collect my product (though it was not repaired), he himself disclosed that, he has not done any service and he has products lying in his small shop without being repaired for more than 2 YEARS.
I am not sure whether the genuine working parts of my TV have been replaced and sold in the market. I am yet to get it evaluated by a professional Technician. Do not believe him for his over confident talk and fake assurances. Even if you pay 1k or 2k extra for some other service providers (though they do not speak English or local languages), that’s absolutely fine. At least you will be relaxed that your product is in safe hands. Therefore, before even clicking on his details think 1000 times.
DO NOT EVEN THINK OF HIM or HIS RIDICULOUS and PATHETIC SERVICE.
I think we all can suit a file against him of Mental Harrassment and Fraud.

True..Tell mw how we can take up this.i lost my mental patience for almost 2.5 months by talking to him.
Dear Sir,
1. if spares are not available i am helpless.
2. Even if the spares were available i may not be able to guarantee the VIDEO and Audio or USB or HDMI or anything else unless until the POWER SUPPLY BOARD is Rectified, Any foolish idiot will think the same.
3. if you go out station or come after 10 days or after a month and collect your Television back is at your discretion and i cant deny to deliver the set back since it belongs to you bit i kept updating that spars not available in market.
4. Defaming is easier as you did with your filthy words which is embarrassing me.
5. capable or incapable about my finance why you should worry. you are not paying me the salary, my shop rent, electricity bill, communication charges to procure spares.
6. if an engineer from Sharp/sony/ philips company comes to attend the service you will pay him visit / service charge, where as if i ask about the same you say you have done noting why should i pay you, this mannerism i have to learn from proud full customers like you.
