Sister Nivedita University — Fees refund

I took admission in the college by paying 90000 rupees but due to some family problems and financial problems I called the college for refund but they did not give refund saying that the college It is written in their admission bill that refund is not given This was not told to me before, I came to know after paying the admission fee but according to the notice o[censored]GC, refund is given if the application is submitted within 30th September but this sister Nivedita University is not giving refund.
