Siti Broadband — * matter serious* no broadband connection since 12/06/2020 and no action taken

I have purchased siti broadband plan connect_60 (Plan id: migsi[protected] valid upto 25/04/2021. Since 12/06/2020 i. E. Last 8 days i did not have net connection resulting i can’t do any work which required online and also my son unable to attend his online classes organised by his school. I repeatedly complain to our cable operator and siti cable landline (Phone no:[protected]) but surprisingly no action taken eighter by cable operator or by you resuliting huge monetory loss and because of siti cable my son unab le to attend his online school classes. Can you please explain why should i keep siti broadband line?? I want to disconnect siti broadband line immidiately and arrnge to refund the money from july’2020 to 25/04/2021 which i paid in advance. Please take this mail seriously and do accordingly. I repeatedly complain to our Cable Operator and SITI Cable Landline (Phone no:[protected]) but SURPRISINGLY NO ACTION TAKEN EIGHTER BY CABLE OPERATOR OR BY YOU RESULITING HUGE MONETORY LOSS AND BECAUSE OF YOU MY SON UNAB LE TO ATTEND HIS ONLINE SCHOOL CLASSES. CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY SHOULD I KEEP YOUR LINE ?? I WANT TO DISCONNECT SITI BROADBAND LINE IMMIDIATELY AND ARRNGE TO REFUND THE MONEY FROM JULY’2020 TO 25/04/2021 WHICH I PAID IN ADVANCE.
