I am, raj kumar, customer id 10.17.98.3, taken siti broadband connection with 5 mbps plan, from 1st july 2017.
Since then, i am facing severe problems in accessing internet. I never got the speed i was told for.in the starting period the characteristics of the problem was, huge packet drops in the night hours around 12am to 8.30 am. I had complained so many time to my local cable operator as well as to the siti customer care. But no action taken from their side.
Every day internet service goes down for minimum of 6-10 hours. If there is any rain or thundering the local cable operator switch off their devices. If there is power failure for more than 30 minutes, there is no internet connection. If there is power failure, or any other issue after 9pm, there is no power-backup and no one to look/ resolve this problem. Have to wait for the next day to get it fixed.
I am very much disgusted with the poor service provided by the local cable operator (Tinku: [protected], amit: [protected]). I am paying rs. 550 per month and getting this type of service. It seems i am wasting money or doing charity by paying for no reason. I am complaining almost on a regular basis but there was no step taken to resolve this issue permanently instead just a temporary fix is provided, hence same problem the next day.
So from a common customer point of view i am helpless. Hope you will take necessary steps expeditiously against these guys, and solve the problems that i am facing in getting your service.
