[Resolved] Siti Cable — error in connection - no response from even on calling multiple times in past 3 days

We are not getting siti cable connection from last 3 days and called the siti cable office in anandapet and compliant about the issue. Every time they tell that a person will be sent to fix it and no response from them till now. Very bad response and they don’t bother about customers now as the money is paid in advance to them. Please take some action on them so that people don’t face this issue anymore. I had this problem many times and had to follow up with them for so many days to have issue resolved.

Issue resolved. They sent a person to fix the issue after posting the complaint. Hope issues will be resolved without complaints being raised in future.
