I had ordered skincare products from Skinkraft on 29th July and till now, it had not been delivered. I have sent countless mails and messaged them on Instagram regarding the same. Very unprofessional behaviour from their side and they are not even letting me cancel my order and refund my money. I have not received any satisfactory response from them till now. They don’t even have a number to talk to an executive. I have tried the other possible options like mail and WhatsApp mentioned in their website, but all these have been ignored.
