[Resolved]  Skoda Auto India Pvt. Ltd — Consumer exploitation to the core - Gurudev Motors Chennai - Saligramam (Vadapalini)

Dear Sir, I have not given any terms and condition to study before I left my car - Skoda Fabia - TN07BM-1793 at Gurudev motors @ Vadapalini (saligramam)for removing the accidental dent at the rear. The estimation was 76, 731.59(INR) which seems to be quite high for the damage, when i further asked with them they reduced the price to 40, 000(INR), nearly 50% flat dip. I have been cheated in two instance first is they charged 1000 (INR) for the bill estimation which was not anywhere or I have not been explained for the heavy money and the second is projecting a heavy money and dipping it. If I wouldn't asked they would have charged to 76, 731.59 (INR). Please take necessary action. And I need the compensation for atleast 1000 (INR) which they charged without any reason.
