[Resolved]  Skoda India — 4 months mental harassment and loss of money

I am having SKODA LAURA car with me. due to some noise and A.c problem i send my car to SKODA service station name " satman automobile new delhi" on date: 11-march-2014.

On 10th april i got my after paying Rs.1, 03, 000 to skoda service station.

On 11 april 2014 (very 1st day) car stuck on road. and car send back to skoda again


till now problem is not solved, i got the car last night and still problem is same in the.

its almost 4 months car is with skoda, due to office issue and purpose for which car was purchase is failed.

" I PURCHASED NEW CAR IN THE PERIOD OF 4 MONTHS WHEN THE ACTUAL CAR WAS NOT WITH ME"

I mailed to skoda head also including Mr. sudhir rao, but that person didnt take any action.


i dont where should i go now.

My car detail is: DL 1CM 1532

i want my money back from skoda for the mental harassment and also compensation for Four months " the period when car is with skoda"
