Skoda India — Absence of basic safety system

Absence of lock opening system in any of the doors from the inside of the car in case a person a locked inside and the key is outside.(or accident take place and the power get cut off or fuse blow off) infect there is neither a provision of any alert system such as a signal. also the horn doesn't work from inside which is a very very serious issue. New Skoda Octavia 2013 model.
