Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to lodge formal complaint with you regarding the problems I am experiencing with my new vehicle bought recently on 14Nov2023 & would request your intervention to correct these problems immediately.
Upon driving, very next day of Car delivery, I started experiencing uneven issue with the accelerator & as its throwing some bad noise during acceleration (40-60 KM/H speed). I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that. I took my car to Car dealer then to Car workshop, they had trial from all their master technician but could not give me proper resolution. I asked to raise concern to Company but they did not raise it during 1st week of Car delivery. After 3-4 visits to SKODA Turbhe workshop, they have raised my issue to company expert. SKODA expert has looked into the issues but didn’t find or provide any solution yet after 2 days investigation.
While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
I demand fixing of the problem as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
