Skoda India — Booking Amount Refund not done

Hello sir/madam

We had booked the Skoda Kushaq on 31st December 2022 at Priority Skoda, South Goa.
Due to some reasons we had to cancel the booking and at the time of booking we were promised 100% refund on the booking. It’s been 15 days since the booking was cancelled and the skoda officials are not ready to do the refund. They have been ignoring calls and messages.
I don’t think this is the kind of service skoda should be offering to your customers.
please have a look and get my 30, 000 refunded.
