I have purchased skoda rapid on 23/9/2015 from mahavir auto hyderabad and on 1/2/18 when i tried to start the vehicle it did not start. When called the roadside assistance the company mechanic came and told the the battery is failed and it has to replaced. I paid rs 8200/- for the same which is under 3 ys warranty. I am surprised to know the battery is damaged only after 2 years 3months which is supplied by a reputed brand skoda where as in case of other vehicles which we bought the battery life was 6 to 7 1/2 years. The battery does not have any manufacturer address for making complaint. Hope that the company will take up the matter with the company for replacement of the batter since mahavir auto is refusing to provide the address of the battery manufacturer for the reasons best known to them.
