Skoda India — dealers response over adv. booking | |||
On 9 th jan 2018 i have booked skoda rapid amb 1.5 cr mt white colour 2017 model in gurudev motors _ vellore and paid one lakh as advance... Waited for fifteen days or so... Now they contacted me and forced me to get 2018 model car with extra payment of 50000... With silver colour... Now i need remedy that i need only white colour 2017 model... Also there should be an written confirmation from customer to his/her satisfaction level to close this complaint, but skoda India had just given a basic reply to
customer complaint and closed the complaint in this consumer portal.
No peace of mind I guess after purchasing Skoda!
