I own a skoda rapid and faced oil leakage issues while in warranty. Sent the car to jai auto for sevicing and reported the issue. They returned the car back after charging me for servicing and some seal change. Again the issue increased and i sent the vehicle again in dec'19 when car is still under warranty and i demanded thorough diagnosis of the car, they kept the car for 8days and again sent back stating that issue is resolved and i need to top up the car with engine oil continuously.
I followed the same and kept on topping up with engine oil. It went worse, it was pathetic driving a skoda and stopping on way to top up with oil.
I was in continuous touch with service manager who misguided me. Then lockdown followed and i sent me car again with the same "oil leakage" issue and guess what??
I am told that the engine needs replacement because of oil leakage and car is not under warranty now, thus, i am asked to pay engine cost.
Have been writing emails, calling customer care but no proper response. They just want me to pay 50% cost and labour charges.
But my question is that i reported the car during warranty and it should be covered 100% under warranty only.
They are cheating on me. I am suffering everyday without a car which is standing in service center for more than a month now.
No escalation
No after sales
No customer care
Bad choice altogether
