[Resolved] Skoda India — harassed & made to gone under mental stress pregnant lady with false information
Hi, I am mohankrishna, second owner of the vehicle, friday (10th-nov) i took my vehicle to vinayaka service center for running repairs and they commited that vehicle will be delivered by 5pm sameday. Executive ms. Anitha called me in the evening 6:30 pm saying that my vehicle is having emi due and they have blacklisted my vehicle and couldn't deliver till i clear my dues. They told me to come to office on saturday 9 am and i went there, they made to me wait till 12:30 with no respect and suspecting me like a defaulter, but in fact there were no emi due on my vehicle, it has been cleared in the month of june-2017 only, as your systems are not up to date and how can you guys stop my vehicle without even cross checking. As my wife is carrying now she is the owner of the vehicle she went under depression which is going to effect her and her babies health aswell. There should be a proper investigation before saying something to customer. At last by 12:30 they came and said your emi's are cleared and they didn't uploaded in system so we are delivering your vehicle with out even apologies. Is this the way a big company like skoda should treat their customers. I am expecting proper investigation and response on this issue. Was this information helpful?
