Skoda India — Kushaq clutch issue

Faced issue with clutch. Suddenly vehicle stopped in a isolated place when I was traveling with my family. I had to get towed my Kushaq and now have been informed that the clutch has burnt. I have to pay 38k for the same. Vehicle if of 2022 & in just 21 months the clutch has worn out and Skoda service centre blames me.
