Respected sir,
In response to your frequent mails for monsoon service emails,
I own a skoda octavia elegance number gj 27 ah 999,
I am very much afraid to send the car to the workshop anymore,
The reason for the same is as following, in january of 2017, we felt that the car was not working properly as it was being dragged towards one side, so we sent the car to the skoda workshop in ahmedabad, they informed us that we needed to change the tyres and also they needed to replace the hub, please note that at this time, everything else including the air conditioner was fine.
Once we sent the car in the workshop, they returned it and the car made cracking noise everytme the a/c was turned on.
We resent the car to the workshop, they informed us that now the a/c conditioner needed a new spare part, we obliged again and let them repair it, please note at this time everything was fine including the headlights.
Once they returned the car, the right headlights were not working, frustrated, we resent the car to the workshop and putting our trust once again in a reputed company like skoda, please note at this time everything was working fine including the front led day-time running lights.
Once it was returned, they too were not working and they informed us that we needed to pay 35, 000 to add a module to repair it, and till now we had already paid an amount of approximately 90, 000 for problems which didn't exist before the car went to the workshop.
We were very shocked and mortified that such things would happen with us, involving a company like skoda.
We believe these are the acts of cheating and misappropriation by some disgruntled and dishonest staff or employees of the workshop.
We had also stopped using our car, as we already have cars from nissan, toyota, and volkswagen., but these recurring emails from your company regarding the monsoon service instigated me to write and inform about what we believe are acts of cheating and wrongful billing by some of your employees.
I believe i had to bring it to your notice, so that your future customers will not regret this as much as we do, and hopefully they will not be undergo the same frustration and angst as we did.
I regret to tell you that it is a major complaint on parts misappropriation and excessive billing.

I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action as well as redeem us the worth which we have paid for as of yet.
