[Resolved] Skoda India — my contact number is been updated wrongly in my skoda app | |||||
Myself gautham keshav, from bangalore karnataka, bought a skoda rapid tdi at style le from vinayak skoda, bangalore on sept 8th 2017 carbon steel. Since from the date of purchase my contact number is not been highlighted in skoda india data base, i ve been following up with the dealer, their sales executive (Vijayakanth), the their sales manager ms. Anitha, and then to crm dept vinayak skoda, till date nobody has solved the query, they have just being giving reasons or delaying or ignoring my mails, calls, texts. I need to know why has my no updated wrongly or why is it taking more than 50 days to just to update my mobile no in database. I am actually finding it fishy or make me doubt on vehicle stats. Because the number updated in my skoda app is wrong, if i do get it right i may get the right info about my car, which these dealer people are not allowing me to access.
