[Resolved] Skoda India — non refund of booking amount | |||
Find the following message, i have forwarded on [protected]@autobahn.co.in, however instead of repeated reminders no action has been taken. I have sent the email on 01.05.17 & 10.06.17 from my email id [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@autobahn.co.in Appropriate action to be taken immediately. Dear sir, Find the attached sales contract form, dated 15.08.16 for booking of skoda rapid at prabhadevi show room (Autobahn enterprises pvt. Ltd.) i have given an advance of rs. 1000=00 for booking on the condition that it is refundable. Later on i planned to cancel my booking as did not receive the plan as per commitment, i have visited to prabhadevi showroom. As per procedure i am writing this email to refund the amount i paid for booking. Kindly do the needful at the earliest & let me know the mode of refund by cheque or online so as to share other details as required. Sales contract form scanned copy is attached for ready reference.
