Issue: we have pms (4 years free service); still i have to pay for service - ahmedabad

We bought two skoda rapid in october 2016. At that time we paid for pms charges rs. 30000 per car.
After a year when service is due, i took my car for service – there i came to know it pms (4 years free service) was not shown in your system. So service in charge informed that i have to pay for service – i showed them pms letter and called mr. Dhaval (Sales person) & mr. Arun pandey (Vp) at skoda showroom. They talked to the service team, and i got my car with the first service without any charge.
The story did not end here. Now, for the second service – i faced the same issue, and it settled down the same way. They assured me that they would upgrade our record in the system.
Now, in this month i took my car for the third service. Again the same issue – record did not show in your system. Again i called mr. Dhaval and mr. Arun pandey; this time they told me as ownership is changed at ahmedabad, they need some time to update record – i have to pay for service, and they will reimburse the service charges.
After service, i paid fully for the charges from my pocket, when i tried to call mr. Arun pandey and mr. Dhaval – i was not getting proper response from them. I felt like i am cheated from skoda side.
I complained about the same issue when i gave a feed for car service. After that, i called toll free line and complained the same.
Please let me know –
1. Will i get reimbursement for the service charges what i paid?
2. Can skoda update their system for pms?
