Gave my car fabia mh 12 gf 5150 on 7th sept 2019 for servicing and the problems which are addressed are not been solved properly and even spare parts availability is a question always with skoda. The problem which are mentioned in servicing are not sorted but some other issue are created by mishandling and working and that cost for repairing and replacing are charged from customer. No senior manager present, no receptionist, dealership changing frequently, this shows the position of skoda in india in terms of service, sales and spare parts. Market is not built just by selling products.
