I have a Superb 2.TDI L&K automatic. I bought it on 27th Sept 2018. It has done only 12000 kms it has not given me a days problem, in fact this is my second Superb.
I got a message from your dealer JMD ( Mumbai) on the 19th of August about extending the warranty.(not even a week before it was due for renewal (27th August) and I was not aware it was that urgent. I had a relapse of covid and could not attend to the matter. I got a payment link on the 26th August which expired when I tried it on the 30th.
I subsequently resumed office on the 30th August and was informed that I could not avail of the facility because of a lapse of 3 days. To say the least I am shocked. I have been a regular customer of & owned multiple VW & Skodas over the years but never have I ever received such a shocking answer. Surely I could have been informed earlier.
My insurance is due for renewal & I am receiving quotes & reminders 2 months in advance. I DO NOT Expect this service fro your company.
