[Resolved] Skoda India — Regarding scratch on my rapid windscreen | |||
To whom so ever this may concern I pavan Mankani gave my rapid for a regular service and wiper blade changes at pune wagholi Viraj skoda, I took a pick up and drop service, while giving the driver checked the car and marked for scratches and damages, the only major damage was left tail lamp which I asked them to replace, . When my car came back from service centre I saw a very big scratch on the windscreen, immediately I asked the driver to call the concerened advisor Nitin to address the issue and asked him to take the car back to the showroom, after one day since he was on off I get a call from Viraj skoda saying that the scratch was already there and that I had to accept the car back, for that I refused and told them Till this problem is not rectified I will not accept the car back. They also took an advance 8000 from me to fix the car and were very rude and said till I don't pay the balance they will not return the car and will not fix the scratch on the windscreen. As of now the car is still with them and no one has even bothered to call me with any solution. Please help me regarding this issue as I have no problem with skoda and always praise the car, but this treatment and blaming me for something I haven't done is wrong by viraj skoda.
