Worst quality and they will blame us easy way to hide their mistakes.my car has done 5500 kms and they are asking the same FATE.
I have last faced the same problem. My skoda Kushaq is hardly 2 and half year old with total running of 17000 Km. on 03, 03, 2024 the vehicle stopped moving forward or backward even after acceleration. Vehicle towed to service centre and advise the total worn out of clutch plate and its associated accessories. On asking the reason of it, their standard reply as poor driving habits. It is not the poor driving habits but their design problem but not ready to accept. I have not received any reply on complaint to their customer care. I am planning to approach Consumer Court for their adamant attitude and behaviour.

Even I am facing same issue with Kushaq, right from the beginning clutch is always hard and suddenly car was not moving, had to tow and send to Skoda service center. Now skoda is saying problem from user end which is totally not acceptable. We had used cars for 10 years without replacing clutch one time also, But with skoda kushaq with only less kilometers facing these problems. Even handbrakes never worked since beginning. Same day we reported issue, there were other customers as well having same issue, but still they are not accepting its manufacturing defect.
